A renowned Catholic Preacher and Parish Priest of St. Francis Catholic Church, Benin City, Rev. Fr. Andrew Obiyan yesterday held a prayer session with the members of Uwelu Motor Spare Parts Market at their fellowship center in Benin City.
However, the prayer session later turned into a large prayer rally as men and women in the market locked up their stores, including residents around the market came to the venue in their numbers to listen to the annoited man of God who is always filled with the holy spirit.
Indeed, Fr. Obiyan did not disappoint the mammoth crowds as he did what he is known for and everywhere were electified with praises and worship.
During the healing session, the atmosphere became charged when the man of God began to sprinkle the miracle water earlier blessed by him as many people begin to receive healings instantly without stop.
At the end of the prayer session it was obvious that everyone that attended the prayer session were fulfilled and happy with the Blessings of God received.
Earlier in his Simon, Rev. Fr. Andrew Obiyan said as a Christian one supposed to navigate in his or her position with hundred percent of strength, adding that people labour but due to lack of strength everything will collapse thereafter.
He also said that power of darkness drills energy, and asked Christians to pursue what they believe in with force and conviction. He added that there are spirits of weakness usually reside inside People that delay plans which will eventually make such plans to come late and then lose the plans thereafter.
In an interview with The Groove Watch News shortly after the prayer session, the chairman of the Uwelu Motor Spare Parts Market, Mr. Collins Osa described Rev. Fr Andrew Obiyan as a man of God who wins souls for the kingdom of God Almighty.
"If you see the mammoth crowd that attended the programmme you will know that God's hands is upon this market. We all received the miracles and the blessings of God. We also learnt that it is strength we all need to pilot the activities on a daily basis".
He added that the leadership and members of the market were very grateful to Fr. Obiyan for coming to bless them in their business place. He also said that Fr. Obiyan has been supporting their businesses in the past with prayers as a man of God.
"Fr. Obiyan is a man that wins souls for our heavenly father. A man that heal souls. A man that changes family fortunes for good. He will continue to do it because the hands of God is upon him. He will live long to continue to work for God Almighty. He has been working and fighting on earth to win every soul to go back to the kingdom of God. We prayed that God gives him all the energy he requires to continue to work for Him".
Highlight of the prayer session was special prayers and annoiting for the various leaders in the market by Fr. Obiyan and blessing of some stores in the market as well.
