Governoship hopeful for Edo 2024 Governorship election on the platform of the All Progressives Congress, APC, and former Commissioner of Education in the state, Engr. Gideon Obhakhan has received blessings from his kinsmen in his home town, Emaudo - Ekpoma, on his ambition to contest for the Governoship election slated for next in Edo state.
The occasion was organised for Engr. Gideon Obhakhan to formally inform his kinsmen of his interest to contest for the 2024 Edo Governoship election.
The elders, women and youths of the Community came to the venue in their numbers which could be described as Town Hall Meeting. They were highly elated when they received the good news from their illustrious son, Engr. Obhakhan that he will join the Edo Governoship race next year. They described him as a worthy son the community is looking up to bring light that will eliminate all forms of darkness in the community and Edo State in general.
The elders, women and youths prayed for him and also encouraged him to go ahead and pursue his ambition to a logical conclusion and assured him of the home based support to enable him succed.
