Edo State Labour Party Chairman, Ogbaloi Kelly has declared that the Labour party (LP) is working very hard to ensure a total victory for its candidate, Peter Obi in the coming 2023 Presidential election.
He made this declaration in an exclusive interview with the Groove Watch News in Benin- City.
Ogbaloi said while other candidates of other political parties are busy talking about Peter Obi, his party have continue to tell Nigerians on how best to clean the mess PDP and APC brought to this great nation Nigeria since 1999 till date which has resulted in crumbling the economy of the country.
He further said that the good news is that Nigerians have decided to settle for Peter Obi as their next President of Nigeria despite all the propaganda being used by other failed Nigeria politicians against his party's candidate.
He said looking at the present situation in Nigeria it will be disastrous for Nigerians to choose any other candidate rather than Peter Obi, adding that it is in the knowledge of everyone that Peter Obi mean well for this nation as he has already put all the necessary measures in place for a smooth take off if elected and sworn in as President of Nigeria.
He enjoined Nigerians to have faith in his Presidential candidate and shun money bags politicians who do not mean well for the masses whom the present government led by President Mohammadu Buhari have subjected to perpetual suffering with bad leadership.
"Nigerians have never had it so bad in the history of this nation. I begged Nigerians to wake up, especially the youths to take back what belong to them. It is a battle we all must fight because those bad leaders holding the country to hostage are also determined to remain in power by all means in order to continue with their bad leadership to wreck havoc on the country's resources".
He said those who think they can use money to manipulate the voters must have a rethink as Nigerians are wiser now and they know the right thing to do to elect a credible leader of their choice, adding that with the introduction of BVAS by electoral umpire ringing of election will be impossible.
Ogbaloi however, advised Nigerians, especially those who wants Nigeria to return to its lost glory to be vigilant at the polling units level up to the collation centers to stop manipulation at all levels by desperate politicians.
He added that missing it in this 2023 will be a sorry state for the citizens of this nation. He prayed for God not to allow anything that will further bring more hardship to the suffering Nigerians.
He therefore, appealed to Nigerians, especially those that are yet to collect their PVCs to take it as a matter of duty to do so and collect theirs, since is the only weapon to use in electing a credible candidate that will pull Nigeria out of this present Economic quagmire.
