Let PDP consider Alex Adoghe's contributions to the party and nominate him

A political party only attracts members and prospective contestants when it is built to an enviable position.

There is no doubt that new and old members are in this contest, including political harlots who move from one party to the other, all for personal interest.

One thing is to be a pioneer member without any contribution to the party. While another thing is to be a commited pioneer member and a contributor to the success the party has attained.

This is the period to look at all the aspirants' records in the party, especially in the areas of commitment, contributions and loyalty to the party and leaders, and be sincere enough to know who has really done well in these areas. There is need for the party to also take into consideration those aspirants who have benefited through elective positions beginning from local government to the National Assembly.

With sincerity, I make bold to say that Chief Alex Adoghe has not in any way benefited in the area of elective positions, but his commitment and financial contributions at all level of the party have never waved. It is only fair that the party leaders consider him at this point of time. This is the only way and time to show him appreciation.

It is very unfair for serial contestants to continue to be on the ballot paper every now and then while others continue to contribute their hard earned money to make them succeed.

Since this is the first time Alex Adoghe is coming out to vie for an elective position and co-incidentally coming from a local government that has not been given the opportunity to serve at the National Assembly, it is only wise and proper he is given the chance to serve his people.
