Engr. Osobase Akhere-Ugbesia (KSJI), House of Representatives hopeful on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for Esan North-East and Esan-South East Federal Constituency, has called on the party delegates from Agbazilo for support in order to emerge victorious in the forthcoming primaries election.
Engr. Osobase Akhere-Ugbesia who is the son of Ugbesia of Ubiaja, in Esan South-East Local Government Area of Edo State, stated this in his message to the people of Agbazilo federal constituency.
"In order to reach out quickly to all the delegates in my constituency and also to beat other aspirants to it I decided to move into the 21 wards to meet them individually for votes".
Engr. Osobase Akhere-Ugbesia (KSJI) said there have been pressure from some quaters for him to step down, "I think we have pass that stage, I'm in the race to make a difference and not for monetary benefit, rather to contribute my wealth of experience to the development of Agbazilo just as Hon. Barr. Deacon Sergius Oseasochie Ogun is doing for Agbazilo people right now".
" I'm happy that the delegates have decided to cue behind me. With this I'm encourage to move on. I'm equally assuring them that I will ensure I work towards bills that will impact in their lives and attracts projects to my constituency if elected".
"I'm the only aspirant that has remained resolute and steadfast inspite of strong opposition from some leaders of our great party. I have remained focused preaching the message of hope to the electorate and delegates".
"Even though I have not been given an equal playing field like other aspirants, I am not discourage in any way because I know the delegates believe so much in me. So I'm determined to work hard to ensure I come out victorious, all for the benefit of my people".
